Advanced Tile Adhesive
Advanced Tile Adhesive is a reinforced bonding system based on high-performance EVA-modified cementitious technology. The synergy between polymer cross-linking networks and graded quartz sand delivers bond strength ≥1.5MPa, slip resistance ≤0.1mm, and flexibility ≥5mm, engineered for secure installation of low-absorption tiles (≤0.2% WA), natural stone, and large-format slabs (≥900×1800mm).

Application Protocol

  1. Substrate Prep

    • Strength ≥1.5MPa, flatness ≤3mm/2m

    • Pre-wet high-absorption surfaces, prime low-absorption substrates

  2. Mixing

    • Water ratio: 0.22-0.24 (5.5-6.0L per 25kg)

    • Mix 3min + rest 2min

  3. Installation

    • Notch trowel: 10mm×10mm (porcelain), 12mm×12mm (stone)

    • Open time: 5-10min before tile setting

    • Adjustment time: ≥20min (large slabs)

  4. Coverage

    • Porcelain tile: 4.0-4.5kg/㎡ (10mm notch)

    • Natural stone: 6.5-7.5kg/㎡ (back-buttering)

Environmental Limits

  • Temp range: 5℃~35℃ (low-temp version to -5℃)

  • No foot traffic/vibration within 24h

Restrictions

  • Flexible substrates (wood/metal)

  • Permanent underwater immersion
