Application Protocol
Bonding Application
Perimeter & dot method: ≥60% coverage (EPS)
Notch trowel: 8mm depth (XPS requires priming)
Rendering Application
Base coat: 3mm thick embedding alkali-resistant mesh (≥160g/㎡)
Finish coat: Total 5±0.5mm, trowel smooth before final set
Environmental Limits
Ambient temp: 5℃~35℃ (use frost-resistant type below 5℃)
Curing: Mist-spray water for ≥3 days after setting
Restrictions
Not for direct application on PU foam (requires primer)
Cannot tile with water absorption >6% ceramics
