Alkali-Resistant Penetrating Sealer
Alkali-Resistant Primer is a penetrating sealer formulated with pure acrylic emulsion and nano-silica. Utilizing dual mechanisms of cation exchange and micro-pore blocking, it delivers ≥98% efflorescence resistance, 40% substrate strengthening, and vapor permeability ≥80g/㎡·24h, providing permanent protection against salt migration for concrete/cement substrates.

Application Protocol

  1. Substrate Prep

    • Moisture ≤8%, pH≤10 (new walls ≥28d curing)

    • Dust removal: Air blast (0.5MPa)

  2. Dilution

    • Use undiluted (penetrating type)

    • High-absorption: Water ratio 1:0.1-0.2

  3. Coating

    • Roller/spray: 80-100μm wet film

    • Coverage: 0.10-0.15kg/㎡ (concrete)

    • Drying: Touch-dry ≤30min (25℃/50%RH)

  4. Recoat Window

    • Topcoat interval: 2-24h

Environmental Limits

  • Temp range: 5℃~40℃

  • RH ≤85%
