Ningxia Xiban Winery covers an area of 380 hectares (about 5700 mu), which has been divided into 17 meticulously managed small vineyard areas. Each variety is harvested separately by manual picking to preserve the original characteristics of the terroir.  The main grape varieties include Marselan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. Among them, Marselan, known as “Future Star”, has the largest continuous planting area in Ningxia about 73 hectares (about 1100 mu). The entire vineyard adopts organic cultivation and organic fertilizers to maintain the ecological environment protect the land for sustainable cultivation, and obtain the Chinese organic certification. The whole vineyard adopts infiltration irrigation to ensure the roots down deeply underground and strictly control the yield of 400 kilograms per muLocated on the eastern side of the vineyard in the wine town of Qingtongxia, the Xiban Winery building covers a total area of about 5,800 square meters, , including wine-making area, filling area, underground oak cellar, bottled aging wine cellar, tourist reception center, professional tasting area, wine and coffee bar, open-air barbecue area, featured hotels
